Cancellations and Changes by the Client:

All sales are final, with a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. Event dates must be confirmed within 14 days of purchase; otherwise, tickets are void. Changes are subject to a fee and availability, at Mummway’s discretion.

Each user’s access to Mummway’s online training is secured with a unique username and password to maintain security and monitor usage.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are contingent on the extent of course material accessed, as tracked by usage metrics including page views, usage frequency, duration, content viewed, and login count. No full refunds for users who have accessed course content.

Handling and Usage Fees:

Mummway reserves the right to deduct a handling fee (10% of the original cost) and additional charges based the percentage of training accessed.
